Workman Knife

The Workman knife made in Montana is one of a kind. It's an everyday knife that can handle anything you throw at it. 

The 80crv2 steel is extremely tough with excellent edge retention.  A 80CrV2 steel knife is a cutting tool with extreme toughness and edge retention; provides a high value for performance and longevity. 

Blade hardness is 61 HRC. 

Care Instructions:

• Treat you your blade as you would a cast iron skillet.
• Clean and dry after extended use and oil/wax regularly.
• Food grade mineral oil is the top choice since its available, cheap and non-toxic. Bees wax is good. 
• Avoid WD-40 or other non-food grade lubricants.
